So this is where all my new and current work will be. I will post up some photos of my old work right here just incase you missed anything.

Hello Christmas bear

Hello there!
How are you getting in with your Christmas bits? I’ve made a sweet Christmas bear card today.
I’ve ink blended the background and coloured this cute neat and talented stamp in with my copic markers. The tree die is Uniquely creative tree builder die and I’ve used Papermilldirect non shed glitter card which is beautiful there’s absolutely no shedding which I love as I’m not keen on glitter that goes everywhere and gets stuck on everything..
I’ve also used my favourite Papermilldirect super smooth card which is what I ink blended onto. The die is Uniquely creative hello friend script die and I love the font of this die and the size is lovely too.
I will be back soon to share some cards with you.

CARDMAKING

Thank you card

Hello again!
I have a sweet card up on the papermilldirect blog today for you:
I have another fun shaker card today.
Hello1
I think one of my favorite colours that papermilldirect make is the Perla Sirio Colour Card 290gsm.
To make this card you will need:
You will also need:
  • Animal stamps (Avery Elle)
  • Acetate
  • Rectangle die
  • Sequins
  • White embossing powder
  • Veramark Ink Pad
  • Heat Gun
  • Copic Markers
To start with I trimmed down a piece of Perla Sirio Colour Card 290gsm to 4 1/8″ and scored at 5 7/8″. I then trimmed down another piece to fit onto the card base. This is the piece that you will run through your die cutting machine to cut your rectangle shape. Once this is complete turn this piece over and adhere down some acetate. Add Stick it! 3D Foam Tape 9mm all around the edges of the rectangle. Fill the center up with sequins and place your card base over the top so that the sequins won’t spill everywhere.
Next stamp your images onto a piece of White Card Super Smooth 250gsm and colour them in. Trim out and adhere onto your card with some Stick it! 3D Foam Tape 9mm
Now using a piece of Slate Grey Smooth Card 240gsm stamp and heat emboss your sentiment. I trimmed mine down and adhered to the card using some Stick it! 3D Foam Tape 9mm.
Your animal shaker card is now complete and will hopefully make your recipient smile.

A very big Christmas card

Hello crafty friends! I hope you are having a good start to the weekend.
I’ve made a very long Christmas card that I struggled to get it all in the frame but here it is:
I’ve used lots of Uniquely creative stamps for this one:
I made the background using distress ink and ink blended the colours together. I then heat embossed white snowflakes and inked up the Eucalyptus forest die. After adhering the dies down I heat embossed the sentiment with gold embossing powder.
I then stamped and coloured all the images and adhered them to the card. For a bit of extra fun I added some thread and beads that the sloths are holding from the trees.
This card is made using a whole piece of A4 card folded lengthways so that’s why there’s lots of cute images on the card.
Thanks for stopping by today have a lovely weekend!

Thank you fairy much

Hello crafty friends!
I’ve made a sweet fairy card as I wanted to use some bright colours before I get started on Christmas cards.
I ink blended the background with Ranger inks to add some colour. The stamps are lawn fawn and I think they are so sweet.
I then used my spectrum noir markers to colour them in. I was going to turn this into a birthday card but decided on a thank you card.
I also wanted to share some of my colouring with you. If your not on Instagram there’s a daily colouring challenge going on all through November just for fun!
I find colouring relaxing plus it’s always handy to have some pre coloured stamps ready to go!

Happy birthday card

Hello crafty friends.
You can never have too many birthday cards ready to be sent so I made this cute birthday card using Pretty pink posh stamps and dies .
I also added some pretty pigment ink and coloured the images in with my copic markers. I think these images are just adorable and they were fun to colour and bring them to life.
If your wondering what the puffy dots are they are polystyrene foam balls. I thought it would be fun to use these instead of sequins.
And I have to say the Silver glitter card is pretty amazing as it does what it says and not shed glitter. I’ve used glitter card before and most of it ends up on my hands and everywhere but the card!
Thanks so much for stopping by today I hope you have a great evening!
