Gingerbread man card

Merry Christmas! I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas even though this year has been crazy I’m hoping next year will be much more positive. I’m sharing a card I made for Papermilldirect. How sweet is the gingerbread man!

Isn’t he cute!

You will need:

White Card Super Smooth 250gsm

Post Box Red Smooth Card 240gsm

Grigio Nettuno Linen Effect Card 280gsm

You will also need:

Gingerbread man die

Let it snow sentiment die (Time For Tea Designs)

Red Nuvo drops

Green marker

Leaf die

Distress ink

To start with I made my card base using White Card Super Smooth 250gsm which I trimmed down to 4 and quarter inches and scored at 5 7/8 inches. I then trimmed a piece of Grigio Nettuno Linen Effect Card 280gsm to an A5 card size and ink blended the edges using distress ink.

I then die cut my gingerbread man die using White Card Super Smooth 250gsm and added some ink to colour him up.

Next I die cut some leaves using White Card Super Smooth 250gsm and using a green marker and ink I added some colour to the leaves.

I then used the Let It Snow die and die cut my sentiment using White Card Super Smooth 250gsmand Post Box Red Smooth Card 240gsm. I adhered the pieces together and then adhered the leaves, gingerbread man and die onto my card.

To finish the card off I adhered this card panel onto my card base and added some red novo drops.

Your gingerbread man card is now complete.
